An iMessage-native assistant with voice transcription, smart-home lighting control, WiFi-sensing presence detection on ESP32, health monitoring, and agent-to-agent routing — designed and built solo, shipped to a real user base: my household.
Every feature started as the cheapest possible probe of an emerging capability: notice what a new model can do, build it in hours, live with it, keep or kill. Voice, presence, and routing survived that loop; several ideas didn't.
